How to cancel my subscription

NexNote subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store. We don't process cancellations directly — you'll need to cancel through Apple on your device.

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select NexNote.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find it. If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access until then.

How to get a refund

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by NexNote directly. Apple decides whether a purchase is eligible for a refund.

Request a refund from Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used to purchase NexNote.
  2. Tap or click I'd like to, then choose Request a refund.
  3. Select the reason, tap Next, choose NexNote (or your subscription), then tap Submit.

Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours. If approved, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your payment method.
